You may not:

•  What is the software I need to edit a website template?

All our web templates require the following software for editing:

- Macromedia Dreamveawer MX 2004, Microsoft Front Page 2003+ or any other html-editor (for the html-content);

- The Adobe Photoshop 6+ (for the images).

- Macromedia Flash MX + (for the flash-content);

We can also make any editionsfor you at an extra price.

 

•  I wonder where can I find the information about the software I need to customize my website template?

Every template page on our website has "Template Info"- column. There is all the necessary information about this web template and particularly about the software we recommend our customers to edit your website templates.

 

•  Can You add some pages and create new animated menu tags?

Surely we can. All our web templates are completely editable and can be easily modified. Our 24/7 customizing team is ready to edit the website template for you. Please, enter our customizing webpage, specify your needs and we will fulfill them as soon as possible.

 

•  Can Your web templates be edited with Adobe GoLive 6 or Yahoo Site-builder?

You can use any HTML-editors for changing your website templates.

However, we recommend our customers to use Microsoft Frontpage or Macromedia Dreamweaver because our website templates are most accustomed to them. Make website optimization You will also need Adobe Photoshop (to edit .psd files) and Macromedia Flash MX (to edit Flash-content). You can download the trial version of Macromedia Flash MX from www.macromedia.com.

 

•  Do You have a customer support phone number?

Unfortunately we do not have one, but if you need some technical support, please enter the technical support page and we are ready to help you immediately.

 

•  I've purchased a web template. It looks great. I wanted to customize some images, but the PSD files won't open (I'm using JASC Paintshop Pro 7). Please, help me to solve the problem.

Unfortunately JASC Paintshop Pro 7 supports only three image formats:

Bitmaps (.PSP in Paint Shop Pro 7TM)

JPEG Images (.JPG)

GIF Images (.GIF)

We recommend you to use Adobe Photoshop for editing .psd files.

 

•  I don't have Adobe Photoshop. Could I have a web template that doesn't require PSD support?

Unfortunately all website templates on the web are based on the .psd files.

However you can use the Gimp instead of the Adobe Photoshop. Please visit this page - http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html - to download the Gimp.

 

•  I use Microsoft FrontPage to edit the HTML-content. I'm clicking the hyper-links at my website template, but the links do not open. Any chance I am doing something wrong?

Front Page is the visual HTML-editor.

Therefore you can use it for editing pages only. Any links you put in will not work in Front Page. To check your own settings You can use the internet browsers.

 

•  Will I be able to change one web template image into another using Frontpage?

Yes, you can change the original web template picture into Your own one using Microsoft FrontPage.

 

•  Where can I get some photos for my website?

You may either make photos by yourself, or purchase them on any website selling photos.

 

•  I made some changes to my website template in Adobe Photoshop. How can I apply them?

In order to apply the changes you made to your website template using Adobe Photoshop please, do the following:

a) After you made the changes, go to "File" -> "Save for Web..." and press the "Save" button.

b) You will see the "Save Optimized As" window then. In the "Save as type" drop-down menu choose "Images Only", go to your html directory and press the "Save" button.

You should be asked about the replacement, please confirm it.

 

•  When I opened my web template, I got the warning message that Adobe Photoshop cannot find a certain font.

Fonts package in Windows differs from the fonts package in Mac OS. As a result, you may get the warning message that Adobe Photoshop cannot find a certain font. In order to resolve this issue, please replace the font in question with the font with the analogues layout font installed on Your computer, e.g. "Arial" with " Geneva ".

 

•  What should I do if I do not like the result of my website template customization?

Don't worry, please! Within every customizing package you may require a certain number of revisions according to his tastes and likes.

 

•  Will I get the original website template back apart from the customized one?

Yes, you will receive your original website template. Once You have accepted the template customizing result you will receive an e-mail with 2 download links. The first link is for downloading the customized website template, the second link will be to download your original web template.

 

 

Merchant Matters:

•  What is the difference between the unique and regular price?

The REGULAR PRICE: Non-exclusive purchase means that the other people can buy the website template you have chosen some time later.

The UNIQUE PRICE: Exclusive purchase guarantees that you are the last person to buy this website template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is being permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again.

 

•  Can I pay by money orders?

Unfortunately we do not accept money orders. Only credit card purchases are accepted.

 

•  Do You provide a holiday e-card I could customize with my Company's logo?

Unfortunately, we do not provide e-cards so far.

 

•  I've made the payment but my project is suspended because of the antifraud check, what should I do?

Please do not worry as this is the usual procedure. TemplateRover billing officers suspend all the projects for an antifraud check of transaction. Please, wait for an e-mail with further instructions. Usually it takes 2-4 hours.

 

•  Can You please cancel my order and do not send the link because I don't want that site any more?

The link is being sent to the customer the very moment the transaction is confirmed. We can cancel the order only in case the web template hasn't been downloaded yet and by the application of the cardholder.

 

 

Reselling:

•  How can one become a reseller of Your product so that we can demo Your web templates on our website?

The process is very simple. You should visit our website www.templaterover.com, click the “Resellers” link and fill in the Resellers Account Form. After the registration process you will receive an email containing all the information you need to get started. And that's it! Once it is completed you can place our frame on your website and get up to 20% profit. We would be glad to collaborate with you!

 

•  How much commission can I gain participating in the reseller program?

The Resellers earn up to 20% commission for all purchases that are directed from the website. When the customer purchases website templates in the future, the Reseller will still be paid for all purchases made by that customer.

 

•  How often are the commissions paid off?

The commissions are paid off every quarter (January/April/July/October the 1st). TemplateRover sends checks via regular mail to the Reseller. Please pay attention that if the amount in the reseller's account is less then $50.00 the you will be paid off the next quarter (only in case the amount exceeds the $50.00 minimum).

 

•  Do You provide any commissions statistics?

Yes, we do. Once you've been approved for our Reseller program simply log into Your Reseller account and check the "Balance".

 

•  How are my sales monitored?

All of our link codes contain unique identifiers allowing us to "cookie" anyone coming from your website which ensures that you will continue to collect revenue while the cookies are installed on the customer's PC.

 

•  Do I receive commissions in case of unique-price purchases?

Yes. You will get commissions of ALL the purchases of the current and future products, made by the customer.

 

•  What should I do if I've lost my Reseller Program password?

Please use our password retrieval link to request lost passwords. We will email your password to you using the email address you've provided when you signed up for our Reseller program.

 

•  How am I supposed to direct customers to TemplateRover.com?

The process is simple, just place your affiliate links or banners on your website(s) or send your affiliate link to your potential customers via e-mail.

 

•  I'm doing Your Reseller program, but my website has few visitors. What should I do to invite more?

You can provide an exclusive discount to your members. For instance, you can offer your customers a 5% discount on website templates and earn 15% commission.

 

•  Can I buy website templates at a discount as a Reseller?

Of course, you have an option of purchasing any product of TemplateRover according to your Reseller's account. Just enter the template's ID you want to get in your Reseller account interface and press "OK". Money for this template will be subtracted from your commissions as a discount.

 

•  What is the difference between TemplateRover sites: .com / .ca / co.uk?

Four different websites were created for the convenience of users and Resellers. Each site supports corresponding currency: www.templaterover.com supports USD, www.templaterover.ca supports CDN. If you open Your Reseller account on www.templaterover.com you will receive your commissions in USD. If you open your Reseller account on www.templaterover.ca you will receive your commissions in CDN. Users who are forwarded by the banner on your website will see the corresponding website. We encourage you to register your Resellers account in the jurisdiction you currently sell in however, we recommend that you register on each site to ensure you get the maximum benefit.

 

 

Difficulties:

•  What if I run into a problem I can't solve?

We have live customer service representatives standing by 24/7 ready to answer any of your questions via our support - centre. You can chat with us 24/7 or email us for a quick response email.

 

•  I've purchased a web template but haven't received the link to download it yet. Please, advice.

The obligatory stage of our Credit Card Verification is a telephone call to the cardholder for the purchase confirmation. Once we get a verbal confirmation of the purchase from you, the same moment we will send you a link to download your web template.

 

•  My purchase was confirmed but I did not receive the link.

You email system may have marked the message as spam and you should check your junk folder.

 

•  Is it possible to reactivate my download link if it was deactivated after 4 days?

Yes, please contact our billing department and they will reactivate your link.

•  What is included in a typical website template?

We have three types of website templates to serve all the market needs. HTML-only templates are the most basic and easiest to edit. Some customers prefer not to have Flash so we provide an HTML-template with every template you purchase.

Flash templates include flash elements incorporated in the menu and header.

Enhanced Flash templates are full flash templates providing an exciting look and feel beyond the standard experience. We don't recommend Enhanced Flash templates for the websites with low bandwidth requirements.

Most website templates include the main page with 3 or more sub-pages. You need not use all pages, and you can easily add additional sub pages.

Pay attention to the fact that you will download our web template as a ZIP archive therefore, you should unzip it before using.

 

•  Do you have any HTML type website templates?

You receive Full HTML version of each website template for free when purchase any template on our website.

 

•  Do you provide any demo versions of website templates?

Unfortunately, we do not provide demo versions of our website templates so far. However, You have the opportunity to take part in our resellers program which enables You to demonstrate all our web templates on Your website. If You are concerned, please visit our resellers page for the details.

 

•  Do you provide some additional scripts and codes with Your website templates?

Unfortunately, our website templates have no additional scripts and codes.

 

•  The price says that the non-flash version is included? What does it mean?

The phrase "Non-flash version included" means that the package contains additional HTML-only version of this website template.
